With World Heart Day just around the corner, we wanted to share with you some press materials which you may want to use in the lead up to World Heart Day.
As you may already know, the focus for this year’s World Heart Day is on the prevention of cardiovascular disease (CVD) among women and children, which is a continuation of the 2011 theme; One World, One Home, One Heart. This year, the World Heart Federation commissioned a multi-national survey to assess the perception of the general public about the age which they believe people should start to take action about their heart health, in order to prevent conditions such as heart disease and stroke. The survey was commissioned in the UK, US, Brazil and India.
Please arrange wonderful camps in all states of India and promote the mission of world heart federation.
