Lunch boxes are included in the accommodation packages. Therefore the participants who are not staying at one of the congress hotels would preffer to buy lunch tickets through the online system. Lunchbox package during the congress is 60 Eur+ VAT. Please notice that there are no restaurant for lunch available around the congress venue.
Registration fees includes; access to the scientific sessions, the industry exhibits and the congress documents (Final Program, Certificate of Attendance, Congress Bag, Congress Badge, The Journal of Cardiovascular Surgery for 64th ESCVS participants and The American Journal of Cardiology for 11th UCCVS participants.) and Welcome Cocktail.
Official 18% VAT is not included.

Accommodation fees includes; Accommodation (bed&breakfast) for 3 nights (26-27-28 March 2015), lunch box, coffee breaks during the congress.
Official 8% VAT is not included.
TRANSFERS
- Premium transfer service from Atatrk Airport and Sabiha Gokcen Airport to the congress center and vice versa will be provided for the congress participants upon request.
- Atatrk Airport is 30 kilometers far away from the Congress Center and it takes approximately 40 minutes by car.
- Sabiha Gkcen Airport is 45 kilometers far away from the Congress Center and it takes approximately 1 hour by car.
- Transfer fee (one way / per person) for Atatrk Airport is 85 EURO + VAT; Sabiha Gken Airport is 105 EURO + VAT.
- Reservations can be done through the online registration system, please visit accommodation and registration page.
- 70% of payment will be refunded before December 01, 2014
- 30% of payment will be refunded before January 12, 2015
- No refund will be made for the cancellation made on and after January 12, 2015
- All cancellation refunds will be made after the congress.
